Page not found after changing the Permalink

    Hello All,

    The permalink was /%category%/%postname%/ and I changed to
    /%postname%/%category%/.

    When I browse old link from twitter or facebook it goes to 404 page not found.

    What should I do to change the permalink into /%postname%/%category%/.
