    My blog has been hacked… Don’t know how, but someone managed to actually edit two of the recent posts, which I restored. Now I switched off all comments and all user-registration, and changed the passwords.

    HOWEVER, since the hacking I get “Page Not Found” for any post I click on, even newly-created ones. The admin control area (or whatever it’s called) seems to work ok though.

    You can see this irritating behavio[u]r under

    Any help is welcome.

  • have you thought about revisting your permalinks page and re-setting your permalinks?

    The permalinks are on default, but it looks like your menu uses hard-coded links (of pretty links)…

    See here..

    That’s a default permalink structure. If permalinks were active that should automatically forward you onto the relevant peralink, but it doesn’t…

    The Options–>Permalinks has always said:

    Common options = Custom, specify below = /%category%/%postname%/
    Optional = [empty]

    Just in case, I re-clicked “Update Permalink Structure”. At first it did not help. After I wrote another test post, everything went back to normal…

    Hey, thanks to everyone who answered and created this post.
    I had the same problem and now it’s resolved.

    Thanks again!
