It just happened once for me. It works fine right now after re-saving settings (I’ve changed the name to “sitemap_index”).

My site happened?many time and i have to change to other name and re-change back to my sitemap name again.

The sitemap name re-change to “sitemap.xml” by automatic.

The reason for automatic change in sitemap might be:

1. Reset options
2. Sitemap name would be kept blank
