    Hi, I am using your Awesome Support plugin for tickets on my website. I have been having problems with the emails that are being sent to customers. The links in the emails are sending myself and my customers to a dead link that brings up a 404 Page Not Found.

    My url is: https://www.pilotnick.com

    The ticket system is trying to navigate me to https://www.pilotnick.com/ticke/THEN THE TICKET # but the page “ticket” does not exist. I tried adding a page named “ticket” in WP but that did not fix it.

    Can you please provide me with a solution or a fix to this problem? Permalinks are all good, not sure why this is being caused.
