Page not Found

Hi, as I’ve created a new website & configured it to meet the benefit of my readers, it seem that some of my readers have been complaining to me that the site is blank &/or page cant be found. I try to go on my website in my computer using different IE and I will be able to land on my website. I was checking the web for my solution and it seems like it’s redirecting/URL problem as most of my readers land on mywebsite.com/wordpress/.. I would like to know what the problem is & how I can handle it.
