Yes, I did everything as told and checked all from the beginning, all over again. I have created a database, i did change the wp-config.php and uploaded everyhing in the wordpress directory, but nothing helps.

This sounds like either the file is not there, you have a permissions problem, or the connection between your computer and your server is not working properly.

Please check these and post back.

I uploaded the wordpress contents in a wrong directory. I now got it all right. But thank you ! ??
