    Hi there,

    I was currently testing something and discovered that despite doing everything my page (linked above) says “page not eligible for rich results”.

    I think you should also know that I have also tried disabling my theme’s schema markup, because Yoast now has its own schema inbuilt (see thread here) but it doesn’t have any effect.

    Please help.

    Upon checking the source of the given page https://www.digitalgyd.com/about-me/ we couldn’t see the schema added by Yoast. We also verified it via the Structured data testing tool and do not see it.

    There’s another set of schema added by your theme or plugin.

    Can you please confirm it and let us know?

    Hi Suwash,

    I am not using any other schema settings. I have disabled my theme’s schema. I use a gutenberg blocks plugin called Ultimate blocks for FAQ section but that is not used and is blocked on that page.

    @iswadhin Thanks for your reply.

    When checking your page we still aren’t seeing the expected structured data being output from the Yoast SEO plugin. Can you please ensure that you haven’t also disabled the schema output of the Yoast SEO plugin? You can find the documentation for this here: https://developer.yoast.com/features/schema/api/#disable-schema

    If you have confirmed that the schema output of Yoast SEO is not being disabled, this may be due to a conflict with another plugin or theme. Just to be sure, we would like to rule out any plugin or theme conflicts that may occur.

    The fastest way to do this is to?deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme?like?Twenty Nineteen.

    Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check?without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process:?How to check for plugin conflicts.
