Page Not Eligible for Facebook For Woocommerce

    When I go to connect my Facebook Business Manager account (that I have admin access to), it says that the business page is not eligible to be added. See the picture below for reference:

    It says to contact the admin of the business manager and page to gain access, but I’m already the admin on both.

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re running into issues connecting to this page.

    The page permissions are quite specific, and it looks like you may not have quite the right configuration yet. Could you please try the following:

    * Navigate to the Facebook Business Settings – Pages area
    * Select the page in question
    * Go to the People tab for that page and ensure your name is listed there with the “Manage Page” toggle enabled
    * Check if the steps in this article help gain the correct access: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/183277585892925?id=420299598837059

    If these steps don’t resolve the issue, I recommend reaching out directly to Facebook via the Facebook Merchant Support page for assistance with this.

    Okay, I’ve got access to the business manager. Now it’s saying that the “catalog is unavailable”. See photo below:

    Okay, I saw the screenshot, but from what you can see on your Business Manager, Catalog section –you’d need to select your Business Manager first, the catalog is there? I’d suggest checking for any issues/notification on that page.

    Else, the best to know what’s the reason would be to contact Facebook Merchant Support as my colleague advised.

    @solstudioim I actually figured it out. It looks like you have to go into Facebook Manager and setup a Catalog to begin with. We’re not in the process of getting the shop approved.
