Page no longer renders when Constant Contact Access Token is entered

when i enter my Constant Contact Access Token, the page no longer renders.
i have checked the logs, and there are no errors bing reported.
if i remove pmprocc_options from the wp_options, then it renders once again just fine.
any ideas?
