Page Navigation not working for Home Page

Page Navigation not working on home page
https://www.dhrti.com/blog/Page Navigation working on Category page
https://www.dhrti.com/blog/index.php/category/blog/on the home page in the page navigation tabs the link becomes something like this on homepage
https://www.dhrti.com/blog/index.php/Index.php/page/2/Index.php is getting added twice, How do i get rid of this?
Its hosted on Plesk windows server.
I am using WP-PageNavi plugin, even if disable the plugin the wordpress page navigation also gives same problem.
