Page navigation not working

I am also getting the same error how to solve please help

When I am trying to go from homepage to any of the page for first time it is going smoothly but then next when i click on another page number 5 or 6 its showing like https://www.example.com/?page=4%2F.. but when i put it manually in the address bar like https://www.example.com/?page=4/ its working please help

How to solve this issue I have tried all the possible method like deactivating and activating all plugins

In my hosting control panel i have seen that in wp-content/cache/enhanced page/page only a folder showing with number 2 .
