Page Navigation no longer working on Index Page only

    Hi, I upgraded my blog to 2.7.1 from 2.6.1 and everything is working great save for my index page’s page navigation.. Clicking the ‘next page’ link brings up a totally blank page. Oddly, this works properly in any category, as well as in any month’s archives, stumping me.

    I went to the codex and replaced my theme’s nav command in the index.php with the default: <?php posts_nav_link(); ?> in order to test maybe the theme code was not compatible.. But this turned up the same result. Can anyone help me or perhaps steer me towards what might cause this for a fix? This did work prior to upgrading, I’m not sure what to check next.

    Upgraded KML Flashembed plug was causing a problem in the header php which has a flash file in it – odd that this only affected the above scenario, but redoing the tags fixed it. : )
