Page Navigation: Am DESPERATE for help!

  • I am attempting to run my blog at https://www.lapretty.net using the Arthemia Premium Theme (good help trying to get help from their forums BTW)and the page navigation is refusing to work. When you select a category or run a search and the results are listed, if you click to page 2, you’re instead taken to page 2 of the website’s main index. ANY list will tell you how many pages there are, but then you’re always taken back to the main index list instead of staying within your search or category parameter.

    I was thinking it was Chan’s page navi plugin, so I’ve downloaded a fresh copy of version 3.1 AND 4 – still no luck. I’ve deleted Arthemia and reuploaded it, still doesn’t work. I’ve uploaded regular Arthmia, same problem. I’ve uploaded a different magazine theme, Linoluna, SAME problem.

    I’ve even COMPLETELY deleted my wordpress, and uploaded it all again – still doesn’t work.

    I’m at the point of giving away my first born to the hero who can help me with this. I can’t go back to blogger blogs after seeing the wonder of wp mag layouts, so please don’t make me.

    Does this theme have a pagination or posts per page setting?

    No, it doesn’t.

    Since this theme is a premium (paid for) theme, you should be able to request support from the theme designer. This is one of the major benefits of using a premium theme.

    I’m not getting the help I need which is why I’m here. I was also thinking that perhaps my page-navi issue isn’t theme related, so I was wondering if others had issues with page navigation.

    I uploaded WP page-navi 4.0, activated the “classic” them, and tried to activate it on that. No advanced page navigation appeared.
