Page Meta not working properly

I’m using All in SEO pack for meta tags in my blog, but I’m able to change the TITLE tag only. Descriptions are not showing on any page or post and my categories are showing instead of the meta description that I write for each of my page or post.

Am I missing on something? Please help…
