Page loses category class when reloaded

Hi! Love the plugin, it’s helping so much! I am having a problem though with my category pages. I’ve noticed that when I use the filters and then reload the page, the specific category page class is removed from the page – and my top content disappears (since its dependent on the category page). This is the case with the ajaxify option enabled as well as disabled.
