Page login not working and not showing

    I am having a problem with the plugin.

    I have already tested the means of payment, the course is working perfectly.

    However, when a student purchases the course, he does not receive the login data. It automatically enters right after purchase. Except that after he leaves the course, there is no way to enter again, because the login page does not appear and as there was no page to register the data, the student is no longer able to access the course.

    How do you solve this? I How do you solve this? I’m using Elementor, Woocommerce and also the Ocean Extra theme on the website.

    It seems that only those who are logged in to WordPress can enter.

    Please, I just need that to catch up on sales.

    Hi,

    The user needs to create an account on your site (in profile page have option to register/login) then they can purchase your course and start it.

    It just so happens that this registration page was not showing up.

    I saw on another forum that it was necessary to allow member access in WordPress Settings.

    I activated this function and apparently resolved the appearance of the login. But now students who have been registered do not have access to the course.

    Hi,

    That only register account on your site, student need register your course to can learn.
