Page loads properly as admin and does not as a user

    Yes i was able to find out the problem.
    WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache plugin was breaking the site.

    The Optimize database tables feature was the issue, it was needed to rerun the optimize after enabling the translatepress, after rerunning it the site was loading properly.
