    The last few months everything has been very slow when using the dashboard. I have a VPS account with lots of disk space and lots or ram on a Litespeed sever. WP and MainWP are up to date. There is no actual website on this WP site. I only use it for MainWP dashboard. It’s always been fairly slow when searching for plugins, but now when I try to do simple things like clicking on the link to the site overview it takes forever. I keep getting page not responding – wait or kill messages in Chrome. Everything is up to date. Is there some configuration I need to adjust?

    Hi @kallym, thanks for reaching out. This kind of problem is very hard to troubleshoot before we can review your server configuration. In most cases, it’s the server-side problem.

    Would you be able to open a helpdesk ticket where you can send us your system report so we can help?

    I went over all of my server settings as I did see some Warnings in the MainWP settings. I updated several settings for the version of PHP this I was using. That did help quite a bit, but some things are still slow. I did read that I should increase WP_MEMORY_LIMIT in my wp-config files to 256M. So, I am doing that now. It will take me a while, so I will open a helpdesk ticket after that if things still don’t seem fast enough. Thank You!

    Hi @kallym, I hope you were able to make adjustments for your MainWP Dashboard so it runs normally for you. However, if you still experience issues with it, please feel free to open a helpdesk ticket so we can check this further.
