Page Loading Time

Hi there,
I am using your theme for quite some time now. It’s really great in all aspects but the time for page load. I used the this google page load cheker to determine the page load speed, and I see that I am performing quite poorly. It has said me something about css, js load times and render-blocking that I could use to optimize the load for mobile (especially) and the desktop. I tried using some plugins to that do things like minify cs/js, but all components of page don’t load using that. Could you please please help me with this. This is really important for me.
