Page Loading Issues When Using Recaptcha

Hi,

When using recaptcha with contact form 7, I get the following page loading error:

Page partially loaded
Not all page resources could be loaded. This can affect how Google sees and understands your page. Fix availability problems for any resources that can affect how Google understands your page.

For the https://www.gstatic.com/recaptcha/api2/logo_48.png resource, it says “Googlebot blocked by robots.txt”. I’ve tried removing recaptcha and testing again and I get no page loading issues. Can you please let me know how I can fix?
