Page load speed is slow across site – site is loading Apache web server

I know WordPress site speed is related to the loaded plugins.

Along those lines, I used Wappalyzer to see what is loading. One of the things loading is Apache webserver. That seems odd. I would expect it to run on Apache webserver, but I wouldn’t expect a site to be a web server.

I compared my site, welcomehisheart.com with another site https://stgabrielradio.com/, written by the same webmaster. That site does not load apache web server and the page load speed for the site is reasonable.

Could anyone help me with the next steps? Any help would be appreciated.
