Page Load Performance issue with font-awesome and bootstrapcdn?

GTMetrix gives page load time a grade D, saying:
The following resources have identical contents, but are served from different URLs. Serve these resources from a consistent URL to save 1 request(s) and 30.3KiB.
https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/font-awesome/4.7.0/css/font-awesome.min.css?ver=2.5.4
Can I presume that this is all due to the 3 icons I have on my home page?
Is there some way with (free) Hestia to use icons I can host on the same server that my jfkelley.com domain is hosted on (agileremote.com) and not have the call to bootstrapcdn.com?
P.S., I DID install the WP Super Cache plugin – didn’t seem to help.
