  • Same problem here.

    Just to add a few more details, I’ve had a look at the plugin code, and it seems like the function txfx_plt_save_meta_box on line 102 isn’t adding anything to the _links_to_target variable (line 110 & 112). I tried adding _blank everywhere _links_to_target is used in the function, but I couldn’t get any of them to appear on my page.
    Not sure if this would help with troubleshooting, but thought it may help someone track this down.

    Hi all, just ran into this issue with version 2.3 and wondered if anyone has come up with a solution?

    @markjaquith,

    Is there any chance you could have a peek at this?

    Anyone?

    Has anyone had any luck solving this one?

    I haven’t heard, but I sure hope we can find a resolution to this. Pretty please @markjaquith…we beg of you:)

    I realize that this functionality is being built into 3.0, but the site I have won’t be upgraded for at least several months after the release of 3.0.

    I have never been able to duplicate this bug. I can’t take a crack at solving it if I never see it in action! ??

    Please try to duplicate this using the default theme, and with all other plugins deactivated. Create a new page, set the links-to URL, and check the “new window” box. If that doesn’t trigger the bug, then try it with your actual theme, but all other plugins still deactivated. That should narrow it down to a theme issue or a plugin-conflict issue.

    I have the same problem, Mark. Checked it out with 2010, plugins deactivated and it still didn’t work. I’m using a Press75 theme. If you’d like, I’ll give you access to the site to test and debug.
