page links not working after blog address (URL) changed

Hi,

I followed the instructions to change the URL of the blog to tshirtsforbands.com rather than tshirtsforbands.com/wordpress.

It now loads up the homepage fine, but if I click any links I get a 404 not found error.

Although I followed the instructions, I could not find a .htaccess file to move to my root directory. I presume this is probably the cause of the problem, but if so where do I find it please? (I’ve searched my uploaded wordpress folder and even downloaded a fresh copy of wordpress 2.7 to my desktop and it’s not in that either).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
