    [Edited] Within minutes of my contacting ServMask, Pim sent me an email asking how she could help. Wow. That’s exceptional dedication to users.

    I’m sure the problem I’m experiencing is related some specific issue at my end, and will be resolved quickly and easily.

    If you’re having the same issue, I’ll post here with a recap of what caused my problem and what the solution is.
