Page jumping to top after refresh/reload

Hi

There is a problem when refreshing page. If you have scrolled down the page and hit F5, the page will reload and move itself to the point where you were before (this is normal), but as soon as you touches the mousewheel it jumps/scroll up to the top. This is quite strange and not user friendly at all. How could it be avoided or fixed ?
