Page Jump html deleted when switching to the visual tab

I’m trying to put a “page jump” on my post. I do this in html mode and the page runs fine however when I switch to design mode the tags are removed. Below is a sample of what I am doing:

Click me – Goes further down my page

— blog content in between —

You have arrived at a different section of the page!

I have not posted the page that I am having this issue with but my blog is blog.baystateconsulting.com
