Page items not saving or closing

    Hi there,

    I am having trouble with the luxury theme. When I edit the home page the window seems to freeze and I cant close or save the item, it just doesn’t respond when I click any of these buttons. Is it possible that the theme is not compatible with www.remarpro.com? What can be causing this.

    Steps I took to trouble shoot.
    – Reinstalled the theme
    – deactivated all plugins and activated one by one

    Still having this frustration. Please help!

  • Hello leandredup,

    It seems the theme is not configured properly, it gives 503 services unavailable error as well in your browser console panel.

    Also, the theme you mentioned is the commercial paid theme.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
