Page is updating but new information is not visible

I have updated the home page for https://www.woodfordhistoricalsociety.co.uk and a ‘view changes’ shows the page correctly updated. However, visitors searching from Google do not see the updates (or recent blogs) UNLESS they click anywhere else on the site then go back to the homepage – where the correct information suddenly becomes visible. I can’t see a button to clear the cache. Please advise what’s gone wrong, thank you ??

(I can attach a Word doc with screenshots that might show the problem more clearly than I’ve explained it, but I can’t work out how to upload it to this forum.

If you view the site, the home page should have bold red writing and a few blog links.)
