Page is still caching even after deleting the plugin

Hey!

I am stucked at some point. I used autoptimize plugin. I noticed one thing that caching creating some problem so i disabled the plugin and delete.

After that i noticed, if i am logged in to website then fresh page loading without cache, but when i logout then i loading the cache version.

I am pretty sure cause i used all inline css option so cached version is loading for loggetout user. Please help me to resolve it.
