Page is not re-sizing on iPhone 5

    Could someone please assist as to why my page is not resizing correctly to fit iPhone 5 screen. Here’s the link to page: https://www.tophand.co.uk/about-us/
    I have an image on page used by image mapper plugin to show info when user either click/hover over pins.

    I am using child theme of 2011. Any help would be highly appreciated.
