    I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
    I can see that you have another the same issue opened for another caching plugin. After inspecting your website I can see that you have both W3 Total Cache and WP Fastest Cache activated. And also the W3 Total Cache version is not up to date as you are using 0.9.7.3 and the latest version is 0.13.1.
    Be that as it may, it is not recommended to use more than one caching plugin at the same time because it can cause a lot of conflict and issues such as yours.
    Potentially your issue is caused because of the fact that both plugins are active so the first thing that you should do to troubleshoot the issue is to completely remove the other caching plugin along with any files and drop-ins and any nginx/htaccess rules created by that plugin.
    If the issue persists only then we can troubleshoot W3 Total Cache.

    Yes, I have seen the issue. This is what made me inspect your website closer.

    I am not sure when did the issue start to occur, but having both caching plugins enabled is most definitely not a good idea and the issues may start occurring at any point.

    So for now should I only deactivate the other plugin or update the w3 total cache plugin as well?

    Hello @franks123

    Not just deactivate the other plugin but completely remove it. That includes and drop-ins and files/folders in the wp-content folder and the files generated by the plugin in the /cache/ folder and andy rules in your .htaccess file generated by the plugin.
    All of these steps are necessary to avoid any possible conflict.

    Hi, I have delete the other plugin and folder and code from htaccess. I have also updated the w3 total cache plugin as well. But now whole site css is disturbed. PLease see this link as soon as possible.

    I am not seeing any issues on your website now. I also tested the submission forms and they are working fine. Please clear your browser cache and also try opening your website in the incognito.

    I am saying that it is not loading correctly previously. I have to purge the cache from wp admin about 15 to 20 times. After that it loads correctly. Why i have to purge the cache again and again. I am asking about this thing.

    Hello @franks123

    SO after you completely removed the other plugin, there is a possibility that some cached pages were stuck somewhere and the cache needed to be refreshed.
    Are you still experiencing the issue? Do you still need to purge the cache again and again??

    now it is working fine. But issue is same. I have to purge the cache 4-5 times now. then it loads perfectly.

    As you can see in the Pingdom tool test results you have a lot of external resources. Those resources are coming from external servers and cannot be handled by W3 Total Cache or any other plugin by that matter as W3TC cannot reach external servers.
    Make fewer HTTP requests
