Page is not displaying SEO title in top of browser window?

The second option is to enable “Force rewrite titles” on the SEO -> Titles & Metas page. There’s no option to ‘Force rewrite titles’ somehow or am I missing something?

The ‘Force rewrite titles’ is not available when your theme already supports dynamic titles. Unfortunately, this means you’ll need to reach out to the theme developer for assistance as they are overwriting the dynamic title set by the plugin.
