I couldn’t reproduce this issue on my test site and I’m also using the latest WordPress and WooCommerce versions.
It’s likely that another plugin on your site or the theme is conflicting with Stripe after the update. I recommend that you follow theses steps to determine what’s causing the issue:
1. Create a staging site – You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.
2. On the staging site, do a conflict test which consists of deactivating all plugins on your site except WooCommerce and Stripe, and switch to a default theme like Storefront. At this point, the issue should be sorted. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.
3. reactivate your other plugins one by one, checking if the issue will be back after each until you find the one causing conflict.
