Page Help Please!

Hopefully someone can help. I simply want to be able to create a page that does not show any widgets and slider. I am using a easing slider plug-in and a video player.

It could be on a page for page basis for now or a permanent fix.

I am using a twenty-ten buddy press theme.

I have searched withourt luck on previous posts. Appreciate any help!! Thank you..
