Set the background position find the values of background-position from this link https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_background-position.asp

Add the following style rule in the custom css box setting inside the header settings of customizer

.page-mycarousel{background-position:top !important;}

Default position is center , may be the above code with the position top will work you can also play with the values mentioned in the above stated link
