Page has broken JavaScript

A few weeks ago I started receiving “Page has broken JavaScript” 409 conflict errors while running my ahrefs site audits. I see the same errors on two of my websites. The errors seem to be associated with the jetpack contact form and appear on every page of both sites. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling jetpack. The errors go away after the uninstall but return when I reinstall jetpack.
