Page goes Blank

  • Hi,
    We are using the ultimate member plugin for user Registration,In registration form we added custom Fields(Date of Birth),
    We want to show Upcoming Birthday of Users.

    Installed and Birthdays Widget Plugin and assigned the Birthday column Name in setting tab, but it shows Blank
