    Good day,

Really happy with the functionality of Asset CleanUp, thank for your plugin.

I have seen that once I have the site running optimally, with full functionality, after a couple of hours, Menu Drop-down/Slider/Youtube functionality stops working.

If I deactivate, and then re-active Asset CleanUp, everything works again, but only for a couple of hours. I also have the following performance plugins:

    1) Litespeed
    2) Autoptimise
    3) Cloudflare

Have re-enabled all assets, but nothing seems to correct the problem. Is there a server setting that I could use to prevent this from happen, or identify the conflict?

    Many thans

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@jaydedone first, my apologies for not getting back to you sooner! If the functionality stop working after a couple of hours, this could be a caching issue. Usually, with most plugins, the caching is re-built every couple of hours (8 hours is usually the minimum). However, even if the caching is cleared, it shouldn’t just break the functionality, so it could be a bad mixture of optimization between the plugins that are used. All three plugins have similar features (LiteSpeed, Autoptimize & Asset CleanUp) and if you enable one, just make sure it’s not enabled in the other plugins as well.

It’s difficult to just find out what could be the cause just by checking the HTML source. If the things you mentioned stopped working, can you check if there are any errors related to JavaScript in the console? That’s what comes into my mind when you describe the issues you’re having.

Are you saying that everything works fine again just by deactivating and re-activating Asset CleanUp? It should have the same effect as clearing the caching.

Have re-enabled all assets, but nothing seems to correct the problem

This is even more surprising as no CSS/JS is unloaded that might have broken the layout. There were reported issues with the caching of dynamic assets in Asset CleanUp with some themes. Can you deactivate “Cache Dynamic Loaded CSS” from “Settings” -> “Optimize CSS” and “Cache Dynamic Loaded JavaScript” from “Settings” -> “Optimize JavaScript”? I just want to be sure this is excluded as a cause of the problems you were having.
