Page freezes at Variation Page

    We have the PRO version of the Per Product Shipping and we are experiencing problems saving the Shipping rate of each variations.

    Each of our product have about 7 variations and we have enable “Per-Variation Shipping”. We have uploaded the shipping rates using CSV, and each CSV is about 200 Lines of countries’s shipping rate.

    However, the Per Variation Shipping works well only up to 3 variations for us. For the 4th onwards, once we clicked on Enable Per Variation Shipping button and click Save changes, the whole page will be unresponsive and freezed. We have tested it in different browsers, different computers, different products, all still the same.

    We have also checked with our hosting and they have checked on their end and could not find a problem.

    sorry about that..

    Please update Woo Commerce and WordPress Core to latest.

    The only problem we can see is with your hosting PHP configuration… please check with your hosting server and request to increase its.

    upload_max_filesize
    post_max_size
    memory_limit

    because usually saving issue is not on the plugin its on the server that receives the data and stores it to the database. when the server reach its limit it will not save the data.

    note: We have tested this plugin with a lot of variations and we did not encountered any problems.

    please let us know if it fixed the issue.

    Hi Innozilla,

    We have contacted our Hosting to assist and they have done the following:

    They have Max up all values of
    upload_max_filesize
    post_max_size
    memory_limit

    they have also checked that our Woocommerce version is up to date.
    they have also updated our PHP version to latest 7.4.
    we have cleared our cached and tried again.

    the problem of page not saving (Page Freezed/unresponsive) still occur.
    Is there anything you might think of that might be the problem?

    Could it be any other reasons?
    Our current file is about 200 lines per csv file. Would reducing the lines help?
    or uploading them by breaking the file into two or three smaller files and would this help?

    Your advise or assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!
