    Hello,
    I’m experiencing an issue.
First to note, installation guide (steps) are not clear and I got lost.

You should help people explaining how it works:
    – after installation you will have in wp-admin on the left side Help Desk, there you configure support ticket stuff
    – for users to submit ticket, you go to pages in admin and find Submit Ticket and My ticket pages, this are pages for submitting and handling tickets from user end

I deleted those pages pages because I tried more plugins, and now when I delete and re-install plugin, there is no submit ticket and my tickets page? How to make them?

    Hi there.

So sorry about that. We are going to be updating our documentation in the coming weeks with more comprehensive content.

Just to confirm, have you found all of the shortcodes you need?

    Hi,
    I completely agree with KovaZg.

I am retrying this plugin again. So far very NOT impressed!

The documentation is VERY poor. There is no documentation to what the submit-ticket page should be called (since it can’t be setup in options – like most plugins).

And same goes for the tickets page (that one just seems to be a mystery page in cyberspace). And that page never worked anyway.

Furthermore your videos don’t load… so that isn’t much help. Making first time customers aggravated isn’t going to do much to get people to upgrade to premium.

Can you actually provide the proper shortcodes here and proper page names to use please? So I can fix it now… then maybe update your documentation.

    Not happy so far! ??

    Hi dividendninja

My sincerest apologies for the poor documentation. We’ll be focusing on updating and improving, as well as providing new documentation this week. We’re also looking into why the videos aren’t loading on the site.

Tickets can be accessed as an admin by logging into your WordPress dashbord and going to ‘Help Desk’.

Adding a help desk to the front end of your site is available in the Pro version – this can be done by creating a page with a name of your choice, and using the following shortcodes on it:

This will add a search box to the page, allowing your visitors to search for a common problem:

    [sola_st_support_centre_search_box]

This will take you to the ‘Submit Ticket’ page, where a visitor can submit a ticket (You can create this page, with the page name of your choice, and use the shortcode [sola_st_submit_ticket] to add the form to the page):

    [sola_st_support_centre_submit_link]

This will display a full list of all public tickets you currently have open:

    [sola_st_support_centre_all_tickets]

This will display any product updates you have published. Each category is displayed in a table, which then contains the respective product updates:

    [sola_st_support_centre_product_updates]

I hope the above helps? Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with?
