Page for Author to update social links?

  • How can I create a page with edit fields so the author can edit their own social links? I cannot show the default WP profile page because we don’t want users in that area so I need a custom page with just the social links and biography if possible. I also use “Ultimate Member” plugin which has really nice custom profile forms but those don’t link through to the “WP Post author” social links.
