Page Feeds/Categories

I was thinking that there should be a way to show the lastest pages in an RSS Feed as if they were posts. It can quite easily be done. Also, page categories would be nice too, so that you can select which pages to have in what feed, just like posts: https://www.example.com/?feed=rss&page&cat=3.

Maybe there is already a plugin that does this, I am not sure. If anyone knows how I can acheive this, please let me know.
