    Hi,
This problem caused by permission system on your hosting server.
It means that it is not have permission to open a library file of Content Views plugin.

    Please try this:
    – deactivate, then delete Content Views
    – install it again

If it does’t solve problem, please contact your hosting provider to setup permission 644 for all files under /home/apexhmem/public_html/apexhouz.com/wp-content/plugins/content-views-query-and-display-post-page/
