Page error after few seconds after click save button

    Hi,
    When i try to inject a script on HEAD, after click save it shows page not reachable. and the url shows:

    x.x.x.x/wp-admin/admin.php?page=hfcm-request-handler

    Any idea what could be the error as I am new to php.
