• Hi

I was trying to make some basic text tweaks to my website on some of the pages — the text on the “subscribe” page to be specific (www.roguedadmd.com/subscribe). I’ve made tweaks to this and other pages in the past w/o difficulty.

Today I went to the editor and while I know the content is there from checking the website, the editor is not showing ANYTHING. No whether I am trying the Visual Page Builder and looking at under Layout, Content, or Media elements, or if I go to the Default editor and check under Visual or Text, it just looks like it’s a blank page.

I have no idea why (or when) this happened, and I’m not sure how to fix it.

I am using “The Core” theme.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • There are multiple ways this can occur.

    The two most common are:

    1. A specific Page Template is being called by that page. In the Page Editor, there is a box where you can assign a specific page template. This can also be done using specially named templates.

    2. A Plugin (plugins can be bundled with themes). In this case, the plugin creates the content for a specific slug of the site such as ‘subscribe’. The most common plugins that do this are ones for creating shops and those that build forms for your site.

So review if any of that is going on.

Thank you. It looks like the Unyson extension was causing the problem. An update was available fixed the issue.
