Page Edit Screen – How Assign Single Category to User

Hi

On the Page Edit Screen, I want to allow an Editor to see only one Category to assign a Page to.

I’m using the latest Ninja Page Categories and Tags (up to version 3.0)
This adds the Categories Attribute table to the Page Edit screen.

I’m also using the latest Restrict Categories (up to version 3.2.1)
This Restricts the categories that users can view, add, and edit in the admin panel.

Then I set the Editor name to see only the category I want them to see in the Restrict Categories plugin.

Then I log in as the Editor and go to Add a Page. I see the attributes table for Categories but I still see all my categories both in the “All Categories” and in the “Most Used”.

Then I activated the User Assign Categories (version up to 2.9.2) Select only the category I want for the Editor. That removes all the categories except for the one I want but I then switch to the “Most Used” category attribute on the Page Edit screen and I see all categories again.

Is there any way to take out the “Most Used” attribute for categories?
Or a better way to do this somehow?
