Page Edit problems

  • I’ve recently upgraded to wordpress 3.9
    ever since I have experienced the following errors!

    in my page editor, when I click on the “add media” button nothing happens!

    I have the “Ultimate Shortcodes” plugin installed. This places a button next to the “add media” button. Clicking on this does absolutely nothing as well!

    The menu at the top of the content editor that gave the option to add or adjust things like ad a Link… it just gone! NO Bold or Italic or Link… just gone!

    When I try to add a “featured image” to a page or post… same thing! This is very frustrating! Someone please help!
