Page draft disappeared

Hi,

today I was editing a page whole afternoon, saving a draft every now and then, exiting the editor to do other stuff, going back into the editor, …
But at the end, when I wanted to do my last check, I go into the editor and the page looks exactly like it did at the beginning of today, no changes in sight. I leave Elementor and look at revisions, no drafts saved.

Now when I go to Elementor to edit this page it says the page was last saved at 18:24, which is true.

But the last revision is logged at 10:42 when I changed the title, before I started editing the content of the page.

Is there any way to recover any data from Elementor? Because there is no sight or knowledge of my edits on WordPress although Elementor saved them.
