Page doesn’t give to be updated

    Hi, when I try to make changes on my mobile page and click on the update button it doesn’t load anything. The problem is not that the updates are not showing, it is that there are no updates. It is like I didn’t click on the update. No actions, no loading, nothing.
    This happens only on the mobile. I deactivated and cleared the cache from WP Fastest Cache and Cloudflare, but without result.
    Can you tell me how to fix that? Thank you!

  • Looks like you are using a premium theme from AThemes. You will need to contact the theme developer of your theme to get help with this as it sounds like it is a theme specific issue and we do not help with premium themes here in the Fixing WordPress forum.

    I don’t think Great Mag is a premium theme.

    I just created a new mobile page and deleted the problem one. It works. Thank you for your answer.

    Glad you found a fix. While it is not a premium theme it is still a third party theme that is not offered through the wp.org theme library so you will need to contact the theme developer for support in the future because similar premium themes we do not help with third party themes here in this forum.
